Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes. Below we've provided step-by-step instructions on changing the name on your ticket:

1. Log into your account.

2. Under the Ticket Information tab select Ticket Options.

3. A drop-down menu will be displayed. Select Register Attendees.

4. Enter the full name you wish to appear on the ticket. If you've purchased more than one ticket, you'll see fields for Attendee 1, Attendee 2, Attendee 3, etc.

5. Click on the Update Attendees button at the bottom of the page.

Congrats, you've completed the process! If you'd like to re-print the tickets with the updated name(s), click on the Ticket Information tab and select More Options > Download Tickets.

Please note that you will need to have a Xorbia account set up in order to change the name on your ticket. If you purchased your ticket(s) without creating an account, simply create an account using the same email address associated with your ticket purchase. Once you've created an account you'll be able to log in and change the name on your ticket(s).
